Renovation of a mixed-use development in Braintree, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Estimated cost of this project is $400,000 Braintree Public Schools - Door Access and Door Alarms. The Braintree Public Schools seek sealed bids for the supply and installation of access control and door alarms at various schools in Braintree, MA 02184. Bids that are not prepared as required will be considered non-responsive. Late bids will not be accepted. Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Laws apply to all services. Bid Bonds, Performance Bonds, and Labor & Materials Payment Bonds are required. The Town reserves the right to cancel all or part of this solicitation and to reject in whole or part any and all bids. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Questions regarding this project must be submitted to Lisa Lee at Lisa.Lee@BraintreeSchools.org, no later than three business days prior to the due date/time for quotes The required Update Statement forms for general bidders and filed sub-bidders can be downloaded from the DCAMM website at www.mass.gov/dcamm The Contractor must be prepared to complete all work by December 31, 2023.
