Site work for a water / sewer project in Braintree, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work includes approx. 510 vt ft cementitious lining; 7,305 lin ft CIPP lining; grout 121 reinstated laterals in CIPP lining; 14,160 lin ft clean, inspect, test and seal; 131 lin ft CIP short liners; test and grout of 47 laterals; cut and grout 23 intruding laterals; CIP lateral liners in 4 locations; 4,820 lin ft clean and TV inspection; 46 topside manhole inspections; and other related tasks. The scope of work for Base Bid includes construction of approximately: 430 vertical feet of cementitious lining; 5,225 linear feet of cured-in-place pipe lining; grouting of 86 reinstated laterals in cured-in-place pipe lining; 11,410 linear feet of cleaning, inspection, testing and sealing; 111 linear feet of cured-in-place short liners; testing and grouting of 36 laterals; cutting and grouting of 20 intruding laterals; cured-in-place lateral liners in 3 locations; and other related tasks. The contract duration for Base Bid is 100 consecutive calendar days. The Contractor shall complete retest inspection within 20 consecutive calendar days of commencement of retest inspection.
