Auerville Road Bridge Replacement The owner intends and requires that this project be completed no later than December 15, 2023. Only bids submitted by ''Contractors pre- qualified with the Ohio Department of Transportation, Bureau of Contractor Qualifications'' will be accepted on this project. In order for a contractor to be awarded a construction contract on this project, a current "Certificate of Qualification" must be submitted prior to award of the contract showing qualification to perform the type of work included in this construction contract. The amount of the Certificate of Qualification must exceed the amount of the bid on this project. Any bid submitted by a con- tractor who is not prequalified as required herein will be rejected. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Pike County, as determined by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Wage and Hour Bureau. The Board of Pike County Commissioners reserve the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids for the best interest of Pike County The project will require installation of a 14' clear span x 5' rise precast reinforced concrete box culvert. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
