Renovation of an educational facility in Oshawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
- The University of Ontario Institution of Technology (herein Ontario Tech) is accepting proposals for the supply, install, and programming of fifty-three (53) Automatic Door Operators (ADO's) to replace the aging units throughout the UA Science Building. - All existing peripheral hardware will be reused at each door. This includes activation buttons/wave sensors, electric door strikes, and sensors. - This is an active campus and these systems are integral to the entire campus which means a strategic install schedule/sequence is required to minimize the downtime on the systems. All shutdowns and installs will be scheduled well in advance and must be reviewed and approved with the universities project manager and facilities team.
