SCOPE OF WORK The Contractor shall construct the project per: The Contract Documents including but not limited to the scope of work and specifications; The Plans - drawings/details/notes; Project Manual Purchase Order; Approved Schedule; City of Johns Creek ordinances and regulations; OSHA standards and guidelines; Any other applicable codes, laws and regulations including but not limited to Section 45-10-20 through 45-10-28 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, Drug-Free Workplace Act, and all applicable requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 Bid Bond 5% Payment Bond 100% Performance Bond 100% The work to be performed under this Contract shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment and incidentals and performing all work required to construct complete in place and ready to operate: Work shall include construction of a new combined Fire Station & Police Substation building and all associated site work on an undeveloped lot directly adjacent to Newtown Park on Brumbelow Road in Johns Creek, Georgia. The project will include a vehicular connection into Newtown Park, with construction of some require stormwater infrastructure on a portion of the park property.
