The descriptions of work that follow are provided for general reference and understanding only. The specific scope of work to be provided shall be as described in the Contract Documents and individual Trade Category Forms of Proposal. The work will be performed under contract with Messer Construction Company. General: Project comprises of an expansion to the existing Parking Structure 8 facility that will net approximately 730 additional spaces for University of Kentucky Healthcare located at 110 Transcript Ave, Lexington KY, 40508. An adjacent office building to the west may be included if bid alternate is accepted. Garage work consists of 6 supported tiers and slab-ongrade. Office consists of 3 supported levels (including roof) and slab-on-grade. Neither facility is designed for future expansion.
