Renovation of a detention facility in Frostproof, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
As of August 28, 2023, project was awarded but awarded amount is not available. Furnish all labor, materials, supervision and permitting necessary for removal and replacement of existing building insulation system for the Polk County Sheriff Office Food Storage building located at the South County Jail, Building J Food Storage. Questions regarding this bid should be in writing and should reference the above Bid. Submit all questions to Tabatha Shirah, Procurement Analyst. 4:00 p.m.; Wednesday, June 21, 2023. The estimated cost for this project is $200,000. The project should be completed within 45 calendar days from issuance of a Notice to Proceed (NTP). County reserves the right to accept any such alteration, including any price adjustments, or to cancel the contract at no expense to the County.
