Polk County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, requests the submittal of bids from vendors that are interested in providing the necessary labor, material, and equipment to perform the remove all debris, trash, or unusable building material as described herein. Provide the necessary labor, material, and equipment to perform the remove all debris, trash, or unusable building material. Debris removal will require the use of large trailers, heavy equipment or multiply trips to the property The period of performance for this bid is from the date of award through May 1, 2025 ("termination Date"). This bid will automatically renew, extending the Termination Date, for two (2) one (1) year periods, unless otherwise terminated in accordance with General Information Items #13 and #14 If a bond is required, it will be called out in the Special Conditions section of the bid. The vendor shall furnish a performance and payment bond, in an amount equal to the amount awarded, as security for the faithful performance and payment of all the vendor's obligations under the bid documents.
