As needed residential plumbing repair for various City Departments The City of Minneapolis is issuing this Call for Bids for prospective suppliers provide all materials, labor, equipment and incidentals necessary for As needed residential plumbing repair for various City Departments for FINANCE AND PROPERTY SERV, all in accordance with the provided specifications, event line items and all documents requested herein. The City reserves the sole and exclusive right, in accordance with all applicable law, to reject all or any part of any bid, waive informalities, defects, irregularities, variances, technicalities, and award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder(s) to best serve the interest of the City. The City reserves the right to extend this contract for up to four (4) additional periods of up to 12-months, if agreeable to both parties.
