The City of Neosho is requesting bids for the repair and replacement of the roofing systems on the City Hall and Municipal Auditorium buildings. Remove and properly dispose of all existing flashing, wet roof insulation (per thermal scans provided), roof top debris as to provide a suitable substrate for the installation of the new roof system include wet roof insulation removal and replacement within scope of work. The existing roof membrane is to be cut into sections as required by the roof manufacturer's latest printed recommendations. Remove and store existing coping cap for reuse.
