Rowan University intends to award a service contract for site infrastructure repair services. Rowan Universitys main campus is a 2.5 million g.s.f., campus located in Glassboro, NJ. The campus is served by the Central Utilities Plant that provides steam, chilled water, and power. This work includes, but is not limited to, preventative maintenance and/or equipment repair or replacement; on call services to extend the life of the equipment, minimize breakdowns, and improve the overall efficiency of the equipment while reducing operation costs for all Rowan University campuses. Question Deadline 06/20/2023 All questions must be submitted via email to bids@rowan.edu with the name and number of the bid in the subject line. The anticipated contractual period will be for one (1) year with two (2) possible renewals of one year each, subject to budgetary approval on a yearly basis. Rowan University reserves the right to alter this period upon review of all proposal .In order to better align with Rowans fiscal year, the first year of the initial proposed contract will end on July 1, 2024.
