Rowan University is seeking to contract with a vendor for air handlers and fans for Bunce Hall on the Rowan University Glassboro, NJ campus. Question Deadline 07/06/2023 The purpose of this specification is to pre-purchase air handling units. The rigging of the equipment and accessories to their final location, installations, connections, and power and controls, will be provided by the installing contractor. B. In addition to furnishing the air handling units, the vendor shall list separate pricing for the following items. 1. Shipping and handling costs FOB site. 2. Disassembly and reassembly. 3. AHU inspection 4. Inspection and adjustment of fan assemblies. 5. Start-up service and Owner training 6. Field performance verification
