Renovation of a municipal facility in Jackson, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Professional Architectural/Engineering Services for the replacement of existing ribbon windows at the Jackson State Office Building Original ribbon windows on the North and South sides of the building dating back to 1981. The PSC tasks include: Phase 300 and Phase 500 professional A/E design services Evaluate the existing windows system, caulking, flashing, and façade construction joints Recommend replacement window systems to fully integrate with existing construction (minimal façade/building alterations) Provide construction documents to demo existing windows system and install new window system Provide detailed cost estimate at each 90% design meeting The PSC will be responsible to run all design meetings and provide meeting minutes. There will be a 90% Phase 300 review meeting; 50% and 90% phase 500 review meetings. Existing building plans (PDF and CAD) will be available to awarded PSC Question Deadline 07/11/2023 at 9:00 AM ET
