The scope of work is to redesign about a 1000 linear feet stretch of Paseo Miramar to prevent water from crossing the road. The work include removing asphalt concrete, AC curb, berm and driveway, and constructing asphalt concrete pavement, curb and gutter, driveway, reinforced type C curb and 8" AC curb. There are 6 curb drains that will be adjusted to the proposed reinforced/curb and gutter. The scope also include remove and recompact a portion of the roadway along the east side of Paseo Miramar near 767 Paseo Miramar to a depth of 3-ft, reconstruct 6" AC pavement over 6" CMB and Type C Integral curb and gutter ; Length = 125 LF, Width = 11 ft. The street needs to be reprofiled for the flow line to eliminate ponding and to direct drainage to Resolano Drive. The project is included in the City of Los Angeles FY 2024-2028 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of May 5, 2026, information regarding a design team or a general contractor is not available.
