Renovation of a detention facility in Carson City, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
Electrical Installation/Construction Base Bid Description: 21-M58: This project will replace cell door slide mechanisms, & sally port motorized operators, door hardware, door controls, control panels, cell intercoms, call buttons, lighting controls, and associated wiring per plans and specifications. 21-M60: This project will replace cell doors, sally port exterior doors, door locks, wing gate operators, door control wiring, and modify existing door controls in Housing Units 4, 5, and 6 per plans and specifications. This project will augment Housing Unit #4, #5 and #6 door controls and door locks installed as part of Capital Improvement Project completed in 2019. Contract Time: 240 calendar days. Liquidated Damages: $1,700.00 per day. Prevailing Wages must be paid on this project.
