The Board reserves the right and power to reject any and all Bids. Question Deadline 08/02/2023 Bidders shall submit all inquiries regarding this RFB in the "Question and Answer" Tab of the RFB via the County's e-Procurement Portal This work shall include but is not limited to: 1. Construct stairway to overall height of 15' with a 3'x3' with handrails and guardrails per code; 2. Construct a 5'x10' deck for the door landing and condensing unit with guardrails per code; 3. Construct a 3'x6' balcony with guardrails per code; 4. Remove construction stairs and construct a 3'x6' balcony with guardrails per code. 5. Work shall be completed per applicable Code section R507 of the 7th Edition Florida Building Code-Residential
