CCUA is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from Florida Licensed Engineering Firms to efficiently and effectively modify existing water treatment plant design and specifications. The Successful Contractor will provide CCUA with bid documents demonstrating a timeous path to bidding and construction of a plant that will serve CCUA with both the best long-term value while remaining within the existing project budget of $6 million.
