The Selected Contractor shall furnish, unless otherwise noted, all necessary permits, labor, equipment and materials to construct a reclaimed storage and distribution facility including: Two 714,000-gallon working volume pre-stressed concrete ground storage tanks, hatches, fans, railing, ladder, and associated appurtenances High Service Pump Building to accommodate 2 high service pumps with electrical, instrumentation and control, mechanical, HVAC, air compressor, and associated appurtenances Site work, fence with gates, sodding, access road, stormwater pond, yard piping, valves, hydropneumatics tank with associated piping and air lines, access drive, landscaping, irrigation, and associated appurtenances Reclaim water supply and return piping with valving, taps of 12-inch reclaim pipe in Tynes Boulevard, sodding and associated appurtenances.Representative of Owner and Engineer will be present to discuss the Project. All bidders shall be responsible for obtaining all documents and Addenda issued prior to the Bid. The AUTHORITY reserves the right to waive formalities in any Bid, to reject any or all bids with or without cause, and/or to accept the Bid or any portion thereof that, in its judgement, will be in the best interest of the AUTHORITY.
