Clay County Utility Authority "CCUA" is seeking letters of interest and statements of qualifications (SOQ) from consultants interested in providing professional services for continuing services associated with planning, study, surveying, investigation, design, permitting, bidding, construction, and post-construction phase services for the project referenced herein. A general description of the scope of professional services required is as follows: CCUA requests qualified firms with experience in all phases of Architectural and Engineering services to perform the following full services of architectural and engineering services on an as needed basis. Questions Due Date: Sep 28th 2022, 12:00 PM EDT Site and master planning Space planning and budgeting Commercial, industrial, and office building and structural designs Interior design including buildout, renovation, remodeling accessibility and life safety Analysis and reporting on existing building conditions related to life safety, structural capacities, roofing, heating and ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), mechanical and electrical (3-phase) systems Wayfinding and signage standards and design development Green and sustainable facility design o Permitting and regulatory support Construction and contract document preparation Construction administration Other related services. The goal of this RFQ is to award a minimum of two (2) contracts to provide the requested professional services. This will be an exclusive contract for a period of one (1) year with the option to renew for four (4) additional one year renewal options upon mutual agreement by both Parties. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
