Reference Number 0000249927 Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/06/19 11:59:00 PM EDT All inquiries regarding this RFT are to be directed to the Contracting Authority specified herein. Inquiries must be received in writing via MERX not later than Monday, 19 June 2023. The City intends to award a contract to the lowest responsive bidder based on the Total Tender Price (HST excluded), subject to a maximum delivery time of no more than four (4) weeks for Price Schedule "A" Item 1 to 6 and no more than ten (10) weeks after receipt of the Letter of Award (the 'Letter') for Price Schedule "A" Item 7-16. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this RFT and without limiting any rights the City may reserve elsewhere in this RFT or may otherwise have at law, in equity or otherwise, the City reserves the following rights, any or all of which the City may elect to exercise in appropriate circumstances at the City's reasonable and considered discretion: Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
