The work for which bids are asked includes the following: Approximately 1,830 lf of 12in water main, valves, hydrants, connections, disconnections, related surface restorations and testing. The proposed water main replacement will be on the south side of Reas Bridge Rd., from the Sangamon Dr. area east to Star Route Rd, outside of pavement. The water main can be installed open cut or directionally drilled. Bidders shall include current State of Illinois Prevailing Wage Rates for Macon County in their bid proposals and work. Awarded bidder required to provide Performance Bond and Certification of Insurance listing Long Creek Township Water as additional insured. OWNER reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Award will be made to the low, responsive, responsible bidder
