Renovation of a municipal facility in Tooele, Utah. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Each Offeror must submit an Offer bond from an approved surety company on form provided herein; or in lieu thereof, cash, certified check, or cashier check for not less than 5% of the total amount of the Offer, made payable to Tooele County as evidence of good faith and a guarantee that if awarded the contract, the Offeror will execute the contract and furnish all required Documents contract bonds as required. The right to reject any or all Offerors is reserved. This Project consists of the construction of the interior improvements of the existing Tooele County Roads Shop Storage Building. This includes but not limited to restroom, office, conference room, breakroom and shop working space improvements as shown on the provided construction drawings attached. It is also desired that the contractors provide a proposed fee to purchase and install an overhead crane in the shop area.
