For design build services for the Jackson Region Shop Facility in Jackson, WY. Project Description: Provide design and construction of a shop facility that will be less than 5,000-sf to be used year round by regional employees. The new building will be constructed on property owned by the Wyoming Game and Fish Commission located at 420 North Cache Street in Jackson, WY. The building will have concrete floors, electrical supply, water and sewer supply, as well as be insulated and heated. This is not a Request for Proposals. The State of Wyoming is not obligated by this announcement to award any contract. Responding proposers may be invited to submit proposals pending the outcome of this request for qualifications. All questions pertaining to this request must be submitted online through the Public Purchase website. Questions must be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. MT on June 26, 2023, through the Public Purchase on-line bidding system. Any questions received after the deadline may not be accepted or considered.
