This request for proposal (RFP) is intended for a Professional Architect and subconsultants who are registered as a Professional Architect and their respective disciplines in the State of California. The architect and their sub-consultants are expected to have a minimum of ten (10) years in business designing Fire Stations and providing Professional Design Services.
