Question Deadline: Mon Jul 3, 2023 11:00:00 AM (CDT) Electronic Auctions: Not Applicable The County of Stearns is seeking quotes to provide property cleanup and building demolition from qualified licensed contractors. The property is located at 229 25th Ave. North, St. Cloud, MN 56303. Service to include but is not limited to rubbish and abandoned property removal, demolition, and disposal of structures, removal of shrubs, removal of water and sewer lines to curb and backfill, level, regrade, and seeding of property. The Contractor will be responsible for all materials, necessary labor, and equipment to perform this Project. COMPLETION TIME: October 31, 2023. AWARD: Quotes submitted in response to this RFQ shall be valid for sixty (60) calendar days. The County of Stearns reserves the right to reject any or all quotes, to waive informalities, to award the Contract in whole or in part, and to award to the Vendor the County determines is in the County's best interest.
