The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: 1,000 S Y Remove Bituminous Pavement 552 L F Remove and Replace Concrete Curb and Gutter 2,000 S Y Full Depth Reclamation 2,600 S Y Mill Bituminous Surface (1.5") 400 TON Type SP 9.5 Wearing Course Mix (2,C) 228 TON Type SP 12.5 Non-Wear Course Mix (2,C) 7000 S F 4" Concrete Sidewalk 100 S F 6" Concrete Sidewalk 1300 L F Concrete Curb & Gutter Design B618 1 L S Pavement Markings The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of Wayzata shall comply with the provisions of the statute. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities in the proposal procedure and to accept any proposal deemed to be in the City's best interest. No proposal may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days of the date of the bid opening. For all further requirements regarding Bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
