Renovation of an educational facility in Wayzata, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Notice is hereby given by the School Board of Independent School District No. 276 located at Minnetonka, MN, that it will receive lump sum sealed bids for: Deephaven Elementary Rooftop Unit Replacement on August 29, 2023 at 1:00 PM Local Time at the Disctrict Service Center, 5621 County Road 101, Minnetonka, MN at which time and place all bids will be opened publicly and read aloud. Bids received after this time will be returned unopened. The project consists of replacement of packaged rooftop units, including associated connections to existing utilities. The District reservesroo the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in bidding. A cashiers check, certified check or bid bond payable to the Minnetonka Public Schools in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall be be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond. As of September 05, 2023, project is not yet awarded, start date date will be middle in the of June 2024.
