**As ofAugust 14 2023, project was awarded, start date is Mid of September and will be completed by end of this year** The design's intent is to provide three (3) new condensing boilers. The basis of design of the new boiler is Lochnivar Crest Boiler - FBN2501. Two boilers will meet building heating demand on design days and one boiler is on standby. Below is information about Lochnivar Crest Boiler - FBN3001: - Input: 2,500 MBH with Natural gas - Output: 2,400,000 Btu/H, approximate 0.96 Thermal Efficiency - Turndown: 20:1 - Vertical Wave 316L Fire-Tube SS ASME Heat Exchanger - Working pressure: 160 psi Working Pressure - Venting up to 100 ft with 9in PVC/CPVC/Polypropylene or AL29-4C - SMART SYSTEM Digital Operating Control - Pump Control: 0- 10 Vdc Input Control - Programmable System Efficiency Optimizer - Zero Service Clearances on Both Sides - 10-Year Limited Warranty
