Pulverize and repave work, chip sealing. The Town Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids or accept the bid that would be most advantageous to the town with the final decision being made in the time frame necessary for complete review. ***As of August 23, 2023*** The town awarded the repaving work to Pitlik and Wick for the following roads: Emerson and Glencoe and announced repaving on Larson and Spruce will not be awarded this year due to the budget. Chip sealing has not yet been awarded because the breakdown of one of the bids hasn't come yet from Fahrner. ***Bid Results*** Chip Seal Bid from Fahrner Asphalt Sealers were opened ($87,796.27) but, was not broken down by road. Pitlik and Wick's bids were opened and read as follows: Chip Sealing: Woodruff Road - $63,010.38 Dolhun Road - $26,820.90 Repaving: Bloomvilel Ln. - $37,016.00 Emerson Road - $47,599.30 Glencoe Road - $54,117.20 Larson Dr. - $49,899.80 Spruce St. - $67,728.80
