**As of August 24 2023, project was awarded, start date is Mid of September and will be completed by end of this year** The Regional Water Resource Agency (RWRA) has issued this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit bids from qualified BIDDERS to furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment and services to completely remove the old RWRA Maintenance Building membrane roof system, drainage and downspouts and install a new 3,690 sf fully adhered, single-ply TPO roof system complete with all underlayment, related flashings, new parapet wall copings, scupper boxes, downspouts and misc. appurtenances.
