Renovation of an educational facility in Cambridge, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Scope of Work under this contract includes all plant, labor, materials, tools, equipment, superintendence, transportation and performing all work in strict accordance with the Specifications and Drawings for the HVAC replacement project . Dorchester County Public Schools in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid amount. Dorchester County Public Schools reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid, or portions thereof, when in their judgment, the public will be better served. Work is to be performed during periods of time when school is unoccupied with substantial completion required by August 15, 2024. MBE goal of 5 percent established for this project. Contractor bids are subject to prevailing wage rates for this project. All responsive Bids shall be held valid for at least sixty(60) calendar days after the Bid Opening date
