Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Wisc Dells, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Scott Constructions was awarded project for $55,950. SEAL COATING BID SPECIFICATIONS 140 ton of cover aggregate, consisting of 3/8" dark granite chips. A sample of the stone to be used must be provided with the bid. 4,200 gallons of hot oil seal Category PG58-28 with 5% cutback per 20-foot-wide mile. Rolling must begin immediately after stone is applied Bids must include sweeping of all roads to remove foreign material and patching all potholes prior to sealcoating. Scott Construction was awarded this project. Bids must include sweep/vac loose material no more than four and no less than two weeks after application, or at the direction of the Town Patrolmen. TOWN OF DELTON 2023 ROAD PROJECTS 1. HASTINGS ROAD (from Fern Dell Road to Shady Lane Road-1 mile x 20 wide) Hot oil seal coat using 3/8" dark granite chips. 2. FAWN RIDGE (from Mirror Lake Rd. to cul-de-sac-.1 mile x 21' wide) Hot oil seal coat using 3/8" dark granite chips. 3. HUNTER'S GLEN (in its entirety-.7 miles x 20' wide)) Hot oil seal coat using 3/8" dark granite chips. ALL PROJECTS MUST BE COMPLETED BY AUGUST 14, 2023 PROOF OF INSURANCE MUST BE PROVIDED AT TIME OF BID. CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL TRAFFIC CONTROL THROUGH COMPLETION OF THE JOB ALL BIDS MUST INCLUDE A ONE YEAR WARRANTY. The Town Board of the Town of Delton reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to choose the bid they determine to be most advantageous to the Town of Delton.
