Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
As of September 4, 2025, this project has been cancelled. Bids should be submitted with a Statement of Qualifications and should include but is not limited to: Firm name, address, telephone number and contact person. Include Design Bid Amount Discussions of firm's specific abilities and expertise to provide the required professional services and qualifications related to project requirements, including project management skills. Key personnel proposed as project team members. Staff availability. Examples of specific knowledge TRI funded projects, expertise and project management experience related to bridge design projects. Descriptions of recent and related projects completed by the firm, with emphasis on bridge projects. An unsuccessful bidder, after bid opening and in good condition will be refunded after his/her deposit within 10 days. Proposals shall be submitted in an opaque envelope and marked with the name and address of the bidder. For questions contact Joe Langeberg at 608-786-3813. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 30 days after the actual day of the opening thereof. The owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject all bids. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
