This statement of work (SOW) sets forth the requirements for the contractor to provide annual inspection, upgrades, testing and maintenance of the CCV system in the UMESC facility. During the 5-year period of performance of this contract the government may add or remove fixed cameras, network video recorder (NVR), flat panel monitor, and miscellaneous supporting equipment. Additions may be due to the construction of new buildings, facilities or equipment; removals may be due to the replacement or obsolescence of existing buildings, facilities or equipment. In the case of adding equipment, the Contractor may request an equitable adjustment to incorporate the new equipment into the Contractor's maintenance service. Likewise, an equitable adjustment shall be due the government for equipment that no longer requires maintenance due to obsolescence or for service not performed at the request by the Government. The primary function of the CCV system is for monitoring of the facilities to protect Federal employees and to detect and deter illegal activity on Federal property. Inspection, Preventative Maintenance, Upgrade and Repair Services of the Existing Closed-Circuit Video (CCV) system for the Upper Midwest Environmental Sciences Center (UMESC).
