Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Los Angeles, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a 8,500-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Complete redevelopment of the 38,500 square-feet existing maintenance yard. The scope includes clearing the site of all existing developments, demolition of about 13,000 square-feet 4 single-story building structures, construction of a new 2-story building structure approximately 8,500 squarefeet of floor area, 1,760 square-feet of storage building and 5,700 squarefeet carport canopy structures, including, paved lot for both service trucks and employee parking, landscaping, and site security fencing. The proposed building will house offices, restrooms and shower facility, storage, and other amenities to support the daily yard operation. This project is included in the City of Los Angeles FY 2023-2027 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of December 1, 2023, information regarding a design team or a general contractor is not available. A firm timeline for construction has not been determined, however the project is anticipated to be completed in July 2024.* *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
