The scope includes clearing the site of all existing developments, demolition of about 13,000 square-feet 4 single-story building structures, construction of a new 2-story building structure approximately 8,500 squarefeet of floor area, 1,760 square-feet of storage building and 5,700 squarefeet carport canopy structures, including, paved lot for both service trucks and employee parking, landscaping, and site security fencing. The proposed building will house offices, restrooms and shower facility, storage, and other amenities to support the daily yard operation. This project is included in the City of Los Angeles FY 2023-2027 Capital Improvement Program (CIP).
