Renovation of a multi-residential development in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 20,720-square-foot, six-story above grade multi-residential development.
The Wyoming State Construction Dept., Procurement Section, on behalf of the Wyoming Department of Administration & Information (Procuring Agency) will receive online bids Project Description: This project will consist of a full relocation of all furniture, equipment and personal effects for the entire Wyoming Department of Health (WDH) located on the 4th floor of the Hathaway Building to the temporary location at the Rogers Building a few blocks away. After construction and renovation of the 4th Floor Hathaway is completed in the Summer of 2025, the WDH 4th Floor tenants will then be moved back into the Hathaway Building. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. MT on Tuesday, October 8, 2024, starting at 4th Floor of the Hathaway Building, 2300 Capitol Avenue, Cheyenne, WY. Written questions about the procurement process should be submitted through the Public Purchase online bidding system until 5:00 p.m. MT, October 21, 2024. Any questions received after the deadline may not be accepted or considered. Each question should be submitted individually.
