The WCB is seeking a Contractor to complete a Residential Home Modification Project in Torrington, Alberta as per the specifications and drawings contained in this IFB. The project will consist of: 1. Demolition of concrete slab on main and basement floors to allow for new concrete stair and new concrete elevator pit. 2. Demolition of interior walls to allow for new interior layout on main and basement floors. 3. Demolition of existing spiral stair and section of floor to allow for installation of new elevator and elevator shaft. 4. New concrete pad at west entrance and new concrete pad extending from existing east patio concrete pad. 5. New wood frame ramp and deck along the east side of the residence. 6. Relocated exterior door on north side of residence and new exterior door along east side of residence 7. Exterior door and window infill along north side of residence 8. New built-up section of floor, new interior ramp, and new doors throughout most of residence 9. Kitchen - new millwork (counters, cabinets, island), new appliances, new pantry, and new finishes 10. Ensuite & Powder Room - new toilets, lavatories, millwork, BFA shower, bath tub, and interior finishes 11. Interior finishes - new flooring, painting, trim in areas noted on the construction drawings 12.
