The project scope of work includes the removal and replacement of roof systems at the Richardson & Robbins Building. It also includes, but is not limited to the removal and replacement of insulation, flashings, roof drains, scuppers, downspouts, curbs and expansion joints. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities therein. The Owner may extend the time and place for the opening of the bids from that described in the advertisement, with not less than two calendar days notice by certified delivery, facsimile machine or other electronic means to those bidders receiving plans. Bidders or Sub-bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall make a written request to the Architect Question Deadline 10/03/2023 The Project constists of the following: 1. Removal of existing R-MER-LITE roof system, Asphalt Flood and Stone roof system and EPDM roof system. 2. Installation of new TPO roof system. 3. Installation of new roof hatch with guardrail system. 4. Associated demolition and construction.
