Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Saddle Lake, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

Energy and Climate Retrofit of the Iyiwakes Cultural Centre & Community Hall Building in Saddle Lake Cree Nation. Work consists of energy efficiency and accessibility improvements including repair and increase attic insulation; repair of air balancer, replacement of make up air unit; full building lighting retrofit; installation and setting of programmable/timer photocells for lighting; installation of occupancy sensors throughout the building; exterior envelope repair & weatherproofing, including climate resilience retrofits; and faucet and toilet retrofits. Method of delivery is design-build. It is the intent of SLCN to use this RFP process to select a single qualified design-builder for the provision of the goods and/or services as described herein. SLCN request proposals from experienced design-builders for the provision of engineering and construction services for the Energy and Climate Retrofit of the Cultural Centre & Community Hall.
