Removal of Asbestos Material From the Siren Tower Roof; Make Repairs the Exterior Faade of the Siren Tower, Including Replacing the Louvers and Access Door; Remove Existing Ladder From the Stairwell Inside of the Building That Leads Up to Siren Tower and Replace With an Inclined Ships Ladder; Tear Off the Main Roof System Down to the Top Surface of the Existing Insulation (Material on Top of Roof Deck is Asbestos Containing and is Not to Be Removed or Disturbed Unless Called Out to Do So); Replace Areas of Wood Decking Where Deterioration is Shown on the Drawings; Mechanically Fasten Additional Layers of Poly Iso Insulation Board Over the Existing Insulation to Meet Building Code Requirements; Fully Adhere New Epdm Over the New Insulation Board; Install Dimensional Lumber and Insulation on Inside of Parapet Wall to Make Flush With the Overhang of the Coping Stone; Install Metal Coping Over Existing Stone Coping Cap; Re-point the Brick Masonry at Various Locations on the Building; Extend Epdm Up to the Underside of the Coping Stone and Terminate; Remove Existing Roof Drains, Install Wood Blocking at the Roof Drains and Install New 6 Cast Roof Drains Just Below the Top Surface of the New Roof; Reconfigure Drain Piping Inside the Building; Provide 20 Year Roof Warranty; Bid Security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5% of the bid amount
