Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a civil project in Atkinson, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Project includes installation of approximately 700 linear feet of 8-inch molecularly oriented Polyvinyl Chloride (PVCO) water main on Academy Avenue as well as valves ,hydrants, services and other appurtenances. The project also includes installation of water service piping to adjacent properties and interior plumbing work to accommodate the proposed connections. Completion time for the project will be calculated as calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to proceed as follows: 45 calendar days for substantial completion. 90 calendar for final completion. Liquidated damages will be in the amount of $1,100.00 for each calendar day of delay from the date established for substantial completion and $1,100 for each calendar day of delay from the date of established for final completion. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 5% of the total bid price. The successful bidder must furnish 100% performance and payment bonds will be required to execute the contract Agreement within 10 days following notification of the acceptance of his bid. The owner reserves the right to waive any informality or reject any or all bids when such action is deemed in the best interests of the Owner.Non-responsive and/or unbalanced bids may be rejected.
