The Village of Oak Brook is soliciting proposals for routine right-of-way tree pruning services, and authorized additional work. Emergency pruning and/or removal may also be included. Proposals should be addressed to, Rania Serences, Purchasing & Budgeting Coordinator, Village of Oak Brook, 1200 Oak Brook Road, Oak Brook, IL 60523. Rania Serences, Purchasing and Budgeting Coordinator. The Village reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive or not to waive any irregularities therein, and to accept the proposal considered to be in the best interest of the Village. The Contractor shall pay liquidated damages to the Village. in the amount of $250.00 per day. Routine Tree Pruning must be completed by December 31st of each year (2023 2026).
