A pre-bid conference has not been scheduled. Work to be performed on the above project includes but is not limited to the Ogden Dunes 2023 Community Crossings Street Resurfacing Project, along with all miscellaneous work, all as described in the Project Documents. Each bid (one original and one copy) must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or certified Check, for not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid payable to the Town of Ogden Dunes as security for execution of the contract under the terms embodied in the Contract Documents. Any bid may be withdrawn prior to the scheduled time for the opening of bids or authorized postponement thereof. However, no bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the scheduled time for opening, unless agreed to by the Town of Ogden Dunes or specifically permitted by law. Contracts will be entered into between the Town of Ogden Dunes as Owner and the successful Bidders. The award of the contract will be made to the lowest, responsive, responsible Bidder. In determining the lowest responsive, responsible Bidder, the Town of Ogden Dunes will consider the Bid, and all other relevant facts or matters mentioned in the Contract Documents or which the Town may legally consider in determining the lowest, responsive, responsible Bidder. The Town of Ogden Dunes reserves the right to reject any bid for failure to comply with all requirements of this Advertisement for Bids or any of the Contract Documents; however, it may waive any informalities or minor defects at its discretion. The Town of Ogden Dunes further reserves the right to reject all bids
