Program / Background The purpose of this requirement is to provide US Army Garrison (USAG) Fort Devens with constructed and installed Bleacher Enclosure/Cover to support training objectives while on site. REQUIRED CAPABILITIES The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, transportation, materials, tools, supervision, and other items necessary to provide professional services to design, building and install a Bleacher Enclosure/Cover. Provide an explanation of your company's ability to perform at least 50% of the tasking described in this PBSOW for the base period as well as the option periods. 6.) The estimated period of performance is 365 Days from the date of the award, with anticipated performance commencing in September 2023. The proposed contract is anticipated to include tasking that would be accomplished by labor categories that are subject to the Service Contract Act or a collective bargaining agreement.
