The company chosen will provide parts, preventative maintenance, services and labor for the boilers. These systems are vital equipment for the operations of the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. The contractor must be a distributor for Cleaver Brooks boilers, including all necessary internal and external parts to supply hot water and steam generation products aimed at integrating and optimizing the total boiler/burner/controls systems to maximize energy efficiency Regarding the subject matter of this solicitation, Respondents must only communicate with the Solicitation Coordinator listed in the "contact me" letter.
