The project scope includes the improvements to the existing pool and bathhouse including 1. Demolition of: a. Existing 8,550 square-foot pool deck. b. Pedestrian ramp from public sidewalk to the building entrance 2. Refurbishment of: a. Pool water supply and drainage system. b. Pool equipment room and installation of new pool equipment 3. Construction of: a. New 8,5500 square-foot pool deck. b. New 1,400 square-foot pool equipment pump house. d. New ADA ramp from public sidewalk to building entrance (8'-6" elevation). e. New ADA pathway from parking lot to main entrance. f. New pool fences and gates. f. New pool fences and gates. g. New landscaping & irrigation around the facility h. New sport, security, and under water pool LED lighting 4. Renovation of an existing bathhouse which includes ADA restroom, changing rooms, showers, and lifeguard office. Estimate$4,720,000.00
