JR Cousin Consultants Ltd. (JRCC) is designing a water treatment plant (WTP) upgrade for New Osnaburgh, part of the Mishkeegogamang First Nation (The Owner). This
Tender will be awarded for a generator, motor control centre (MCC) and automatic transfer switch (ATS) equipment supply. Indigenous Services Canada (ISC) has
authorized the design of a water treatment plant upgrade for Mishkeegogamang First Nation. All authorized ISC funding is administered by the Independent Project Manager (ODK Engineering) engaged for the Project; funds are administered through a separate project account. Based on schedules to complete design works and related tender documents and to obtain approvals for tender, it is projected that tender award of the main contract will be late summer 2023. The general contractor will be given 18-20 months to complete the work; final completion dates have not been determined. The delivery of the generator and MCC equipment is to be coordinated with the future General Contractor, and delivered to site at the time of installation. The Owner may reject a lender from a Bidder who does not demonstrate in the Tender submission or in other information required to be submitted, that the Bidder is
responsible and qualified. The Owner retains the right to complete a risk analysis as part of its internal review process to evaluate if the Bidder is responsible and
