The Town of Wasaga Beach is constructing a new Twin Pad Arena and Library to service our growing community. The fixtures and equipment associated with the new facility are being procured at this time for the expected fall 2023 opening. The Town is inviting vendors to submit proposals encompassing the supply, delivery, and installation of a Concrete Storage Structure intended for placement outside the Towns newly constructed recreational facility. Proposals are required to incorporate offloading/crane services to facilitate the placement of the structure onto a specifically designated crushed stone pad. The purpose of this storage structure is to accommodate the storage needs of maintenance equipment and propane, including a diesel tractor measuring H85" x W60 x L181 requiring a 10x20 structure that is vented for fuel, robustly vandal proof with an 8 high access door. It is important to note that all items required are designated for specific functions that require specialized features and measurements.
