Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Wasaga Beach, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Town of Wasaga Beach is soliciting Form of Tenders from qualified Contractors for the reconstruction of River Road West from Veterans Way to Blueberry Trail. The tendered Work may include but is not limited to the following approximate quantities: removals, clearing, grubbing and erosion and sediment controls; temporary asphalt roadway; dewatering; 185,000 tonnes of roadway asphalt; 5,060 m of concrete barrier curb and gutter; 8,430 m2 of concrete sidewalk; 3,000 m of storm sewer and associated structures; 50 m of sanitary sewer and associated structures; 90 m of watermain and 150 services; 30 light standards and traffic signals at Silver Birch Avenue; 3,200 m2 of driveway restoration; 12,250 m2 of topsoil and sod; and 14,000 m of line painting and the associated symbols.
