The City is seeking the services of a landscape architecture firm (consultant), licensed in the State of California, to lead a team of professionals for development of a park master plan. Development of a park master plan. Professional Services are anticipated to include project management, master planning, presentations, environmental review and related services for CEQA compliance, preparation of construction documents for Phase 1 implementation and respective cost estimates, although additional tasks may be required. The purpose of the master plan is to develop a comprehensive strategy for the project site, facilities, programs and services that are responsive to the community’s demographics, recreational and health needs.
